Refund Policy

All our creations are carefully inspected to make sure they meet quality requirement. As our products are all individually handmade in small batches, slight imperfections, color variations & air bubbles might appear by nature. These are not considered a fault but a unique feature to each of our creations and won’t affect, in any way, the normal use of the product.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

If your merchandise is damaged during transit, proof is needed within 2 days of delivery. We will replace the broken item(s) with the same item(s). If those item(s) are no longer available, then we will provide a refund.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are well and properly packaged. However, if you receive them in a damaged state, you will be refunded or allowed to exchange.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, contact us at reinetteandco.ph@gmail.com within 5 business days and we will work together to rectify the situation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged, please take appropriate photos/videos.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, it must be completed before the order is shipped.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom-made products (such as special order, pre-orders, or personalized items), and used Reinette & Co items (used candles, damaged reed diffusers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We do not accept any monetary request for refunds unless the aforementioned prerequisites are followed.

If legitimate proof is given and approved by our team, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
