Local Delivery: Flat Fee of Php150 for orders via Local Delivery within Metro Manila. (1-2 business days delivery)
Outside Metro Manila Shipping (5-7 business days for Luzon and Visayas areas, and 7-14 days for Mindanao): Price starts at Php 200. Price varies depending on the location and volume of the order.
Order and pay before 4pm and we will ship them out to our partner courier the next working day. It usually takes 2-4 days for the items to arrive at your doorstep. For orders outside Metro Manila (Luzon and Visayas) delivery might take 5-7 business days and 7-14 business days for Mindanao. On special cases like peak seasons, natural calamities, holidays or delivery to remote areas, shipment might be delayed for a few more days.
For in-store pickups, order and pay before 3pm and you can expect to receive an email or SMS from us notifying you that your order is ready with pick-up instructions. If you have multiple order numbers, please wait for us to confirm that all your order numbers are ready. For rider pickups, make sure your rider mentions all your order numbers to our staff. Reinette & Co will not be liable if the rider did not give us all your order numbers.
Message us immediately upon discovering any errors in the details you provided. We will then try to rectify it with the logistics team. However, if the package has already been shipped out. We will have to coordinate this with our third party courier and they will either try to reroute or return the undelivered parcel to us. In such cases, you as the client will be shouldering a new shipping fee to have re-delivered to the correct address. If we get any incorrect information, Reinette & Co will not be liable for any delays in the delivery or pickup of your order(s).
